Burnt Marshmallo Apparel only accepts cancellations within the first 24 hours of purchase. Afterwards, we will no longer accept it.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Requests for returns or exchanges are not accepted by Burnt Marshmallo Apparel unless the item(s) arrived defective or damaged to the customer’s home. If the item is found defective or damaged, the customer must notify seller within 3 days of receiving the item (per shipment delivery date); otherwise, we won’t be able to validate the claim. If the seller approves the return or exchange, we will replace the item in a timely manner.
- Please understand that we do not do item or sizing exchanges unless it was the mistake of the shop owner.
- Refunds cannot be issued to the customer unless an item arrives defective or damaged to the customer, and requests to a refund rather than an exchange.
- If you're approved for a refund, we will immediately process your refund.
We do accept custom and personalized orders; however, we only open spots for customs once a month in our facebook VIP group. If you'd like to know when we open custom spots, join our VIP group or subscribe to our mailing list so that you'll be one of the first to know!
Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, we do not do refunds, returns or exchanges for such orders.
Burnt Marshmallo Apparel’s processing time for orders are 1-3 days, which does not include the turnaround time for completing your items.
Our turnaround time for our distressed products are between 2 to 3 weeks (from your order date), excluding the weekends. Our turnaround time depends on the amount of orders we have ahead of yours. The first week of our TAT is spent on ordering & waiting for the materials needed for your order, if they aren't already on-hand. If you need your items by a specific date, please plan to order your items at a timely manner.
- Burnt Marshmallo Apparel ships all packages via USPS First Class that meets the weight limits. Otherwise, we will ship via USPS priority.
- Shipping time for USPS First Class is typically 2-5 business days, and 1-3 business days for USPS Priority. However, the shipping time depends on the post office, weather, location, etc.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the shipping time, as we have no control over orders once they are picked up or dropped off at the post office; therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times. However, we can provide you with tracking if you are having any trouble regarding the delivery of your item(s).
